A friendly and professional team at NF LFE, albeit with some inexperienced staff, but we all have to start somewhere. Good photos and description was produced and all relevant outlets covered. I’d definitely use them again. Things to improve - appoint one of the team to deal with each vendor/customer. I felt I was passed from one to another too much and didn’t know who to speak to. Also be prepared to undertake viewings outside of office hours, when requested.

Polite and efficient in the main, house sold in 4hrs. They were great and informative through out mostly. Great advertisement and internet presence along with property presentation to the market. Only criticism, I had to chase towards the end and the sale was delayed by a week due to poor communication with the buyer, had closer attention to this element been given, I imagine the delay would have never occurred. I’d have given 5 stars for Tom and Zack had we not had the delay. Thanks L

After considering three other agents to sell our house we were keen to meet Newton fallowell because of the very attractive way they had presented the house we wanted to purchase. The video especially was extremely helpful and our vendors spoke highly of the agents. Newton fallowell's approach was to list our house at less than we wanted to generate interest and stir up competition. This was rather different from other agents and from our initial preference and, we felt, possibly influenced by an agent's natural desire for a quick sale. We took the chance, won over by their marketing style, and it happened to work. Zak is very engaging and energetic while Tom's calm confidence makes him gently persuasive yet leaving you feeling reassured. Tom worked his socks off, repeatedly answering emails when frankly all sane people are in bed! His attention to detail and quality of work were also excellent. We had some less than positive administrative experiences with their apprentice but these did improve. Our experience has been that all estate agents exaggerate, spin or even lie to a lesser or greater extent. I found Newton fallowell to be middle of the road on this. Their fee was middling too and they're no sale no fee like most reputable agents. We used EHL for conveyancing who they recommended. Whilst I was confident in the solicitor assigned to us we were extremely disappointed by the minimal and tardy service when she was on leave, which contributed to some stresses at the end. Was pleased to have facilitated the commission for Tom though! Thanks Tom and Zak! You deserve every continued success!

We recently sold our house using Newton Fallowell, very professional service throughout, our house looked top notch in all the photo's and we had 4 viewings with three offers in just 5 days. We got reasonably quick replies to all follow up enqueries and the whole selling process was complete in 11 weeks.

cannot for the life of me get a viewing at any of there properties. been trying for weeks with the houses still listed online. they asked for details in an email. and take that as an "application " to show the landlord. but then I never hear anything. 2 hard working business people with a child. privately rented for 15 years and never missed a payment. yet we got zero look in to even view any let alone fully apply. really disheartening. gets 2 stars because at least they ddi reply to my emails when I felt like I had to pester them. I've dealt with a few agencies lately when trying to view property's and none of them worked in this way. very strange

Estate agents name is good but not on service

Helena was so rude every call I made to arrange viewing with this state agent. Helena answered back to me, when I asked her to get Zak to call me back when he can. Also she never pass my message to Zak. But other staff were good no problems
