Disappointing

Don’t bother taking properties off right move. Turn up to have a look at the property and area to find a sold sign on the outside.

Very disappointed with the service and assistance received and the communication has been even worse. Emails not replied to and requests for assistance in my purchase have gone unanswered. Would not recommend or purchase from again.NegativeResponsiveness

Terrible Organisation , they don't pay their bills then complain and make up false information. If you are going to deal with this company make sure they pay you for your services as they didn't pay us for 4 months . watch them

Quite frankly! Disappointed! I have a property to let and needed to have a swift change in agent. I spoke to Zak and advised the urgency of setting the tenant up due to my previous experience with agent. He advised this wasnt the type of property they would usually deal with but would as my Mother would be letting hers too. A week went by, I heard nothing and so left a message in the office. Then another couple of days. Eventually I left 2/3 messages of which no one got back to me or my Mother. Infact, still waiting for a call now! Extremely poor service! If they didn't want to take on my property or if it wasn't a priority, it should have been communicated!
