Viewed properties with Nathan twice now & he always knows his information on the property. We sold our 1 bed flat in Chapel Allerton and also purchased our new house (round the corner) through Northwood. Initial pre-sale contact with Matt and Adam was professional and friendly. They had done plenty of research on similar properties in the area to give an indication of what we should list at and potential sale prices. Other agencies were not as thorough with their pre-sale info. After we had our offer accepted on the new place, Tyler dealt with all queries, chasing of solicitors and speaking to other people in the chain. There were some issues with one of the solicitors which almost meant we could not complete on the desired date, but Tyler was always prompt to respond and ensured everything was pushed through in time. Best lettings agent I have worked with. Adam and Tyler made our move completely stress free through their professional but personable manner. They were always on hand to talk to, and really prompt in helping us secure the property, and sorting any questions or queries there after.
