Northwood let out my property over many years. In that time they helped me with repairs and renewals needed on my home, allowed me to make changes to our agreements and always found excellent tenants for my house. Whilst I won't give more details on the above here (they are personal), I'd happily give anyone reading this some more detail. They (ie the Chapel Allerton branch under their manager) have been exceptional. Having used another letting agent before them, Northwood stood out as being everything the previous agent wasn't.
