I viewed a property with Matthew Housam who also spoke to me about selling my property. I was not ready to instruct an agent at the time but I told him I would come back to him. After a couple of weeks, I spoke with him and he came and valued my property and I was very impressed with the soft approach in which he discussed the process of buying and selling. Once we were ready, we did not hesitate to choose Matthew to help sell our property and we sold within four weeks for over the asking price. This was down to Matthews honest valuation and explaining that marketing for the correct price would entice buyers and our aim was to have more than one offer, which we did. It allowed us to pick the buyer in the best position, rather than just any old offer that came on the table. It also meant that the extra money more than covered the higher fee that Matthew quoted us, but as they say, 'you get what you pay for'. Thank you Matt for your help and assistance and for generally being our 'champion' throughout this process.
