I have sold and purchased a house through Northwood dealing with Richard and Abi. Everything went very smoothly from start to finish and were very helpful with the arrangements of the conveyancer. Abi and Richard are easy people to speak to and listen to everything you have to say. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them in the future.

I can't praise Northwood enough. If there had been 10 stars I would have awarded them. Right from the start Matthew was professional, knew all about the area and similar propery sales and gave excellent advice on how to sell the property. After agreeing on a buyer Abi took over. Her service was invaluable in 'nudging' along the solicitors and communicating between me and the buyer. Both understood my difficult position in having to sell and were really empathetic. Both got back to me when they said they would, and no chasing was required. On an odd occasion another member of staff comunicated with me instead of leaving me waiting. The sale and completion was completed quickly. I would just like to thank everyone at Northwood!

The purchase of the property proved to be quite complicated as it was advertised as “freehold “but the vendors had to purchase the lease first before the house could be bought as freehold. This took longer than I expected but Northwood guided me through all the legal challenges and kept me informed of any news. I thank them for their patience and help.
