Lauren Schofield at Martin and Co is an excellent property agent.

I am in the process of moving to Manchester after about 16 months here in Leeds. Finding work in Leeds hasn't been easy, but I am pleased to say that Martin & Co are the best lettings/estate agents in Leeds. I have had regular contact with Lauren. She is always kind and courteous. She has listened to me when maintenance issues have arisen, and we have got them sorted out successfully together. I have no hesitation recommending both Lauren Schofield and Martin and Co.

Thanks Martin Co.

As this is my first time renting from an estate agency, I should say that it has been a very easy and smooth process with Martin Co. from the start. I was able to move very swiftly and everything was done with complete professionalism to make it a more pleasant experience. I received excellent service from all the staff in your Martin Co branch, they were all very friendly and made me feel safe and comfortable. Lauren Schofield is a very helpful and excellent property manager, always willing to help and she respond very quick for any maintain request or for any other issue!! Thanks Martin Co.

Claire Dearlove

As landlords who live hundreds of miles away from our property in Leeds we rely completely on Claire and her team to deal with any queries or problems. We are very happy that Claire and the team keep us closely informed on what is happening and what is required of us. Keep up the good work.

Above and beyond

Michael goes above and beyond what is expected of an agent. I am overseas a lot and I can leave my property and relax knowing he and the team are taking care of it..

A clear, honest and reliable agent for landlords

I have been using Martin & Co's services for about 10 years. They have been reliable and honest, have given me sound advice and taken very good care of my property. There has barely been any void period in the entire time, the tenants they have found have been first rate, and I have been very happy with the standard of service I have received over this entire time. I would happily recommend them.

Martin & co, Leeds

I cannot fault any of the staff, I have dealt with. Being an overseas buyer, they made it such a stress free deal, and continue to do the same now, as they manage it for me. Every little thing is dealt with at speed, and the communication is fantastic. I have bought many properties over the years, I just wish they could have been with Martin & co. I know my next will be.
