Martin & Co Leeds City

Delighted with my experience here! Kate sold my flat for me in 6 weeks during what seems like a particularly difficult time to sell flats. She took beautiful pictures and sold it to anyone who viewed it without being pushy. She was with me every step of the way, budging solicitors, checking in on sale progress, and making sure the buyer was informed too. On one occasion she worked with another estate agent company to ensure a complicated building insurance issue was solved so that I could sell. I’ve already recommended Martin & Co to two friends/family and will be recommending it to more.

We have recently worked with Martin&Co for assistance on re-letting a property for us, they have been incredibly helpful especially Ellie, who has been so reliable and lovely to work with, and Ben who has also been very helpful in the process. Would definitely recommend!

Recently bought a flat using Kate from Martin and co as the estate agent. She made everything as smooth sailing as possible, always responded quickly to my emails and query’s and was lovely when showing me around. Couldn’t have made the process easier for me as a first time buyer, would greatly recommend buying a property using Martin and co!

This company is amazing I’ve never had to easily go through renting a property. Especially the agent who was doing all the work Rebecca Simmons she’s been great through the whole process helped out so much shes so kind no matter how many phone calls I made to ask for updates she was always open to help. The rest of the team is amazing too always out for a helping hand would definitely recommend everyone to go to Martinco if renting or buying a property!

Throughout my tenancy application process, Rebecca provided truly exceptional support. Her professionalism and expertise were evident at every stage. Regardless of the time, she responded promptly to my calls and messages, always with kindness and patience. She handled the entire process with great attention to detail and a solution-oriented approach, making what could have been a stressful experience remarkably smooth and reassuring. I am sincerely grateful for her dedication, clear communication and outstanding work ethic.

Sue Wilson has been in charge of my property and has always been excellent at her job. I can't sing her praises high enough. She always goes out of her way to be helpful and sort out any issues that may come along. She is a credit to the work she does and the company. Martin and Co are very lucky to have her or their team Hope she stays with Martin and Co.

My contact at Martin & Co is Sue Wilson and she has been looking after my queries and needs as a landlord for a number of years now. I am continually impressed with the service and attitude to finding solutions from Sue and her team.A big thank you for your help and definitely recommend to anyone thinking of using your services in the future.

Thanks to Rebecca and the rest of the team for helping me through the process of securing the flat. They made everything easy and answered every question I had.

Sue and Jovan, the absolute stars from Martin & Co , Leeds

We were stuck with a very difficult tenant, and Sue and Jovan held up completely professionally and gracefully , until the tenant finally left last week. They did all the right things at the right times throughout, keeping all the comms with all concerned parties very transparent and professional. Thanks a lot Sue and Jovan, really loved to work with you , and let's continue to do so. Ash

Estate agents provided great organisation, support and guidance from the viewings, referencing and initial moving in. Ellie was friendly during the viewing and helpful throughout the tenancy process. 🙂 …
