Martin & Co Leeds City

We have recently worked with Martin&Co for assistance on re-letting a property for us, they have been incredibly helpful especially Ellie, who has been so reliable and lovely to work with, and Ben who has also been very helpful in the …

I had a fantastic experience renting my new home through Martin & Co, thanks to Tabassum. She made the whole process seamless and straightforward, handling everything with care and professionalism. Tabassum’s expertise and dedication made a usually stressful process easy and enjoyable. I’m thrilled with my new home and grateful for her support every step of the way. I highly recommend Martin & Co, especially Tabassum – 5/5!

Our move 7 hours across the country (due to a new job opportunity) was made significantly easier thanks to Sue at Martin & Co. She flexibly worked around our circumstances to help us move into a really lovely flat in the perfect location. Her friendly communication and care for us was clear to see. Because of Sue, we felt much calmer about the move and so far everything has gone to plan. Thank you so much Sue and the Leeds Martin & Co team 😊

I had a fantastic experience with Martin & Co while looking for accommodation in Leeds. Rebecca was an absolute gem! 💫 She took me on viewings and not only showed me some great properties but also helped me find the easiest way to the train station, which was really important to me. She was super friendly, knowledgeable, and gave me clear information about prices and other costs, making my search in a new city much easier. As someone who had no idea about Leeds, her help was invaluable. Thank you so much, Rebecca! I really appreciate your kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend Martin & Co, especially if you get to work with Rebecca! 😊

Sue Wilson has been an absolute gem and without doubt the best agent I have worked with over many years. I am much more relaxed leaving her to deal with my apartment in Leeds, now that I have the confidence of someone who has my back. Honestly, wouldn't know how to be without her!!

I was very fortunate to have been helped with finding a flat by Rebecca, who was friendly, kind and reasonable, even when negotiating through her with the landlord. This did not degrade her very professional attitude, which meant I could trust her throughout the process of renting out a flat, and I was able to ask all those questions that have to be asked even if I felt awkward asking sometimes. From previous experiences I thought it was rare for estate agents to support their tenants so carefully, but the rest of the team are delightful too, so perhaps I was wrong.

Very impressive ! Rebecca showed me a couple of properties within 30 mins of my inquiry and was very friendly and knowledgeable I will highly recommend Martin & Co because of my fantastic experience today

Rebecca was fantastic! So friendly, helpful and genuine. I came to her an hour before the end of the day after being unsuccessful with other places and she found me a property ready to be moved into the following week! Her knowledge of the city is excellent, she’s an estate agent and tour guide in one! I had a genuinely great experience with Rebecca.

Rebecca has been the person we have been dealing with from the jump. Absolutely fantastic I cannot express enough how helpful, friendly and efficient the whole process has been. Everyone has been so helpful! Me and my fiancée have now got the keys to our apartment all thanks to Rebecca and Martin & Co. Once again thank you so much from both of us and I can’t recommend Martin & Co enough. X

Ellie has been excellent throughout my application process. When it came to viewing, she sent me all the viewing appointment details view email, called a few hours before the scheduled appointment to remind me, showed up on time. During the viewing she answered all my questions, asked me questions about my preference etc. Ellie has been very good at holding my hand throughout this process!
