Haf Saeed is a great bloke. Has a great a brilliant sense of humour. He talks to you as an equal. He is a man I truly respect in the time I have known him. He is truly a professional.
Sue was an absolute pleasure to speak with today, I had spent most of my day speaking to agents and sue was by far the most pleasant and professional one that I spoke to, sue thank you for your help today you are an asset to your team.
Sue Wilson has been looking after my properties ( Martin & co Leeds city ) for many years . She is very proactive , friendly professional and an asset to the company . A pleasure working with her
Nadeem at Martin and Co helped me buy my first flat and he made the whole experience a lot easier for me! He was easily contactable throughout the process and massively helpful with whatever questions I had! His recommendations of solicitors was also really helpful as they were very good as well. I’d like to thank Nadeem and the Martin and Co team for making what is supposed to be a stressful process actually very easy and exciting!
The sale of my flat has been a brilliant service. From start to finish I was confident that Nadeem would deliver where two “online” estate agents had failed. I would highly recommend the city centre branch and if I was to sell another flat in the city centre I would 100% be using their service. Nadeem kept myself and the buyer in the picture throughout the whole process and I am really grateful.
This agency is one of the very few that went above and beyond to find us the perfect flat to rent. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. One member of staff, Reece, was more than helpful. He was extremely kind, approachable and honest with us throughout the whole process. Reece was more than happy to help us, in person and over the phone. Overall, his service and the company is highly professional and could not recommend more. Despite the difficulty of finding the perfect flat to rent, they managed this and we could not be happier.
Words are not enough to express the amazing and first-class service I have received from all the team at Martin & Co, Leeds, with an exceptionally outstanding service from Nadeem Khan in particular. Their high-quality work ethics, enthusiasm, customer liaisons, and proactive interactions in all aspects of both the Lettings and Sales department has been faultless. Noteworthy, that they really take the time to listen to your needs and execute the necessary actions to get results in a speedy and timely manner. Would absolutely recommend this company for their services. It has been a great pleasure to have been their client and thank you again to the friendly and dedicated Nadeem, Kate, Bailey, Sue, Beth, Jordan and and All the team at Martin & Co for the faultless services. Reece and Haf were extremely helpful with viewing the property and signing to rent, they’ve been professional and answered all our questions even the ones we thought were silly, brilliant and very happy with the service they both provided and continue to provide
