I would like to thank Haf, you really have turned our experience around!! Fantastic communication and just genuinely seems happy to help!
Talana, thank you so much for your quick response on our apartment management queries. Your office really delivers an excellent service and reassures landlords like us. Thank you Hiren
Just wanted to say a big thanks to Haf who was my property manager during my tenancy. He was absolutely fantastic and any time I had an issue, he dealt with it straight away. Genuinely lovely guy with a real interest in people! Would 100% recommend him as your property manager! Thanks Haf! 😊 …
I’ve been really impressed with Haf handling a lot of property management activities recently. It’s been quite a juggle but he communicated well and responded quickly with suggestions and quotes for issues and maintenance jobs reported by the tenant. I’d recommend Haf to manage your property.
Kate was amazing during the advertising and selling of my property. She was very hands on when the process required and communication was brilliant. I would recommend using them and would use again the future.
Fantastic service. Really friendly people. Very efficient and help you every step of the way. Big shout out to Sue who has been wonderful and has a very warm energy. She makes you feel at home before you have even walked through your new door!
Excellent service from excellent people, the whole process was started and finished in a flash and they did everything in their power to make sure it went smooth and it did, wish them all the best.
It was a great experience with the team. Scott was very professional and up to date with market. We saw 2 properties before finalizing the home. It was a seemless transition.
By far the best agency I have worked with over the last 20+ years of being a landlord. Haf is brilliant organising quotes and getting repairs carried out at a reasonable cost, and Sue is always on top of sorting out any issues, responding sometimes with lightning speed!
From the day I moved in 4 years ago sue has been an invaluable contact. Always here to support at the drop of a hat! Could not ask for more
