Rebecca Simmons really can sell a property, was early to meet me and greeted me with a smile and a happy attitude. Very clear and transparent viewings, informing me of what the properties offer and what the landlord would be inclined to rectify.

Lasting First Impression

This is the first time we are renting through an agent. Martin & Co Leeds came to the rescue and gave us the best experience. Their properties came as advertised compared to other listings that we viewed from other agents. Ellie was very warm, and welcoming and had a way of making you feel relaxed. She is professional and communicates with very clear words. She answered all my questions and ensured the whole process was seamless. Always ask for Ellie 😊 and you won't be disappointed.

Thank you

We were looking for a home due to our landlord needing their home back. We were under quite a bit of pressure and running out of time, so when we viewed our new home, we were feeling quite stressed. Rebecca welcomed us to the property and showed us around. She was very warm and friendly and was able to answer any questions we had. When she called us to offer us the property, again I was quite overwhelmed but she was very patient with me and let me go to tell my husband the great news! And then she made the time to call me back to discuss the practical bits. At any point through this process, we have been able to contact her with any questions or concerns. She has been so helpful and wonderful and we can’t thank her enough. Any members of staff that we interacted with at the branch were also very kind and helpful. We can’t thank them enough for making what can be a long and stressful process so easy and straightforward. Thank you again!

Reply from Martin & Co Leeds City: Dear Emma, We're thrilled to have been able to assist you during such a pivotal transition. Rebecca and the team take immense pride in offering warm and supportive guidance through every step of the process. Your kind words mean the world to us, and we're elated to know we could make your move less stressful. Wishing you many happy memories in your new home and thank you. Best wishes Elizabeth
