As a current client of Martin & Co, I am ashamed to say that they are the most disappointing agency I have ever dealt with in securing an apartment. It has already been half a year since I moved into their property, and some of my requests have gone unresolved. It takes an unreasonable amount of time to resolve even the simplest issues, which is so frustrating and annoying at the same time. When my friend and I moved into the house, we were promised a new couch, as the one we found there looked like it had been fisted upon by rats. Six months later, we are still waiting, and nothing has been provided. The few request that was fixed takes tortoise’s years to come through. We pay our rent on time and fulfil everything required of us as tenants, yet, it is extremely frustrating that something as simple as providing a promised couch has taken this long. I would not advise anyone to work with Martin & Co based on my experience. If you are looking for an agency that makes promises and then fails to follow through, or snail it down, you may want to consider them. I should have left this review a long time ago. I will consider deleting or updating it once my outstanding request is finally resolved, but as long as it remains unresolved, I would strongly advise potential tenants to think carefully before working with Martin & Co if they expect their concerns to be addressed promptly
