Sue has been excellent at keeping in touch with us regarding a few issues whilst Jovan (also fabulous) is on annual leave! We were well informed of updates and Sue took the time to ring us to let us know any updates & we really appreciated how helpful she has been!! Quick shoutout to Jovan too- you’re a lovely bunch!!!!
