Scott is lovely and great guy- had a nice time with him when he was showing me the properties- he knew what I was looking for and found me a lovely place I could call home. Nikki who is the new property manager is fantastic!! I did not have the best start to moving in due to a few issues as the apartment was left in a state and upon moving in - I found things in the apartment that I shouldn’t have and was going to post it on social media as I did not want to be liable for anything and wasn’t very happy about the state I received it in as there was a lot of tears and frustration involved to say this was the 1st time I was moving in with Martin and Co. I sent numerous pictures and videos via email as I quite upset but I was reassured by Nikki - she took care of everything- she was very active on getting results which she did and reassured me all the way and so understanding! There’s just a few things left to sort out in the place but honestly- Nikki kept me afloat - she is an true asset to this company and I wouldn’t have stayed or continued if it wasn’t for her. Thank you so much to Scott for showing me the place initially - he is very good at what he does! Huge thank you to Nikki- to say she was new in - she got results within a few days of starting her role and I wish her and Scott the most success!!

The lovely people at Martin & Co have really helped me in finding a new home. Scott helped me in viewing the property and sorting out the application, and Sue was helpful when I was working through my references. As well, everyone at the office was super kind and accommodating. It’s now been a couple of weeks since I moved in, and I absolutely love the place! Haf was the one to hand me my keys, his service was incredible. A sincere thank you all.

Friendly & professional experience from start to finish. Scott was my first contact who i understand was also new. He was knowledgeable, professional but overall very accommodating and went that extra mile. The lady that handed the keys over on completion date was very friendly too but unfortunately i cant recall her name. Would highly recommend and a personal thank you to Scott for all your help.
