Myself and my partner found a flat we loved, perfect location/price etc. I called the office and spoke with Tabassum, she was amazing and super fast. Managed to secure a viewing later that day and sent all the paper work across later that evening. We had a few issues with our application (on our end) She was very professional and clear with everything we needed to do to get this fixed.
