Having sold my sisters house with Kings Group via Junaid & Nick too as was surprisingly very quick & efficient. Staff were very responsive & answered all the questions had listed. Nothing was a problem & solved all queries & felt we were a team & always on the other side of the phone whenever needed. They will follow through & made transition very easy for us & always made sure we were happy. Great team work guys & ever so polite. Happy customer 😄
Warm staff, Joe and Junaid have listened to our concerns and really put in the effort to sell our flat !
I wanted to write a review and recommend Joe at The Kings Group. He has been really easy to work with and while our search for a home has taken a while, now has been consistent at bringing new properties to our attention and always manages to squeeze us in for a viewing! Thanks Joe!
Valintin is a very strong sales person. Knows his customers well and their needs...if he can't find it immediately, I'm confident he will. Very impressed with his service to try and find the right type of property I am looking for.
Had a good experience with kings tottenham. Sokol helped with any queries I had very well and did loads of viewings on our properties very well, also Neil the manager helped us with anything we needed. A**
The Tottenham branch is very professional, The staff are friendly . I found the manager to be very competent. The broker Katherine was also very helpful. l would recommend the Tottenham branch.
Not a great experience. It started of well, we viewed a flat we liked. The agent told me "there were lots of offer for it". I decided to make an offer, which was accepted very quickly (I guess I was special). I decided to use the agency's own financial advisor. He did a soft search on my credit report and found some late payments that affected it negatively (It was a mistake from BG, which has been rectified since, but that's another story!). The advisor said the only mortgage provider that would accept me was a specialist mortgage with a ridiculously high rate. After hearing that, I explained there was no way I'd use one of those mortgage providers, that'd I rather wait till the mistake on my file got sorted before committing myself to buy a property. I did not know how long it would take for my credit file to be rectified, and although I was very interested in the flat, I'd rather pull off for now. Both the agent and advisors were adamant I could not pull out as my offer had been accepted. At that point, no document had been signed, no money had been paid. They probably assumed I was a fool who would believe that lie. I felt very pressured. The advisor asked me to instruct the solicitor "to show I was committed" …which is absolutely terrible advice. Instructing a solicitor with no mortgage in place? What kind of effery is that? I also found out a couple of red flags about the property, and I decided I was done. I do not like to be pressured and lied to. I wrote an e-mail explaining I was not going to proceed with the purchase, explained why, and told them it was non-negotiable. They hounded me on the phone for days to the point I was actually scared to answer any calls. I had to send a message asking them to leave me alone. Clearly, I have dodged a bullet. My credit report got cleared shortly after, and I found somewhere to leave, but that experience left me feeling very unsettled.
Exercise caution when dealing with this agency as they engage in deceitful practices. I was ensnared in their scheme and coerced into paying a holding deposit of £576 for a rental property. The manager's conduct has been uncooperative and confrontational, exacerbating the situation. Upon initially contacting this agency to inquire about renting a property and submitting my documents, I was taken aback by their demand for a £576 deposit. Trusting their credibility, I complied, only to face a lack of cooperation thereafter. Despite multiple attempts to communicate through emails, calls, and in-person visits to their office, I've encountered a continuous impasse. Furthermore, the estate manager adamantly refuses to refund my deposit, citing vague criteria that I supposedly failed to meet. It's important to note that paying for property viewings is uncommon in the UK. This crucial detail was conveniently omitted, leaving me feeling rushed and misled throughout the entire process. Despite their fraudulent practices, this agency continues to evade accountability and remains unresponsive, leaving me in a distressing predicament.
