I used Manning Stainton to sell my property and I had a lot of interaction with the branch as I was a little high maintenance as selling a property can be very strssful. However Simone was brilliant and is an asset to the Horsforth team.

After having lived in the same house for almost 30 years we viewed the prospect of buying and selling with some trepidation. From the outset the team at Manning Stainton exhibited a calm professionalism and were able to deal with our doubts and fears as they became manifest. They always did what they said that they would do and kept us informed throughout. When you get first class service from whomever you contact at the Branch it is a bit unfair on everyone to single out names but there is no doubt that Karen Gouw has had to bear the brunt of our concerns and has done so with patience and skill. However I hope that if I ever go in there again looking to move house they will call the Mental Health team and have me sectioned!

The house sold within a few weeks when it was placed in the right price bracket. Helen King was my main contact but Helen and her colleagues were very professional in managing my sale. Was so impressed with manning Stainton straight away. I phoned up for a valuation and an hour or so later got a letter through the door introducing themselves which I thought was very professional. Sarah the branch manager came to do the valuation and again very friendly, professional and gave us the confidence that they were with us all the way.
