Good service, friendly and courteous staff, easy-to-use online tools for documentation and processing. Area to improve could be in the level of detail for inventory check-ins and reports.
All the staff at Belvoir are very responsive well mannered and obliging. Nothing seems to be too much trouble and It looks like they are going to resolve the few small problems we have found in the apartment we have just moved into. At the moment I am very happy with there team.
As someone who is new to renting, the help and guidance provided by the good people at Belvoir was enormously reassuring and went a long way to smoothing out all of the potential pitfalls. Responses to questions were resolved quickly, attention to detail provided confidence and, with their extensive experience, most of the actions that needed to be covered were pre-empted and, in some cases, already addressed. The check-in and check-out processes with friendly, smooth and efficient. Some of the issues that I raised were quickly dealt with by a handyman who came over free of charge (to me) and fixed problems I had in the property I rented through Belvoir. I felt that communication around other more complex issues could have been a bit better as I was unaware of actions being taken behind the scenes to rectify issues I had raised. In general, my (and my partners) overall experience with Belvoir was a good one. To summarise: - Efficient / Friendly Check-In. - Efficient / Friendly Check-Out (Lots of useful information promptly provided on how to ensure a deposit is returned etc). - Generally good communication (fast responses to e-mails). - Some communication regarding more complex longer term issues could have been better. If my partner and I had rented a different property with less issues through Belvoir, this rating may well have been 5 star.
I had a great experience with Belvoir. The whole team is always very friendly and available to assist you with any issues you might be encountering in your household. It was a pleasant experience and I have no hesitation in recommending this estate agency.
Belvoir Leeds North West efficiently manage my canalside property in Bingley. They have done this for about 2 years, having previously marketed it for me. I asked them to undertake this because of 15 years very satisfactory experience with the same service provided for another property by another branch of Belvoir.

Generally a good agent, and on the whole staff seem professional and personable but the team is let down by a staff member who seems completely out of their depth. It makes it very hard work if you're having to deal with this person: for example calling us whilst we were on vacation asking 'where have you left the keys so we can do the inspection because today was your last day in the flat', he was a full month premature in asking us this, and claimed that 'no one has written the date you're moving on the file', when actually it was this very person who I was liaising with regarding our move... Something else that was slightly annoying was that the inventory done prior to our move in stated that a few bits and pieces needed doing (such as a completely broken toilet flush, and a new part needed for the boiler), and yet these weren't completed before we moved in and we had to request them to be fixed. Sarah, the office manager, is very efficient and we went to her if we had questions or needed anything done without hassle or misunderstanding. If the need arose, however, as a tenant I would possibly use them as an agent again.
