An extremely friendly and professional agency, who always respond quickly and are more than happy to help. Belvoir made the moving process much less stressful and have continued to be helpful throughout our tenancy.

Very good experience of Belvoir acting as agents for myself as landlord. I had initially been concerned about a larger agent taking over from what had been a very good local agent, but any fears were not realised. Belvoir have been effective in finding tenants and again very good in dealing with issues. Would strongly recommend.

very efficient,friendly and prompt service. they were able to advise on appropriate marketing of my newly purchased flat for rental quickly,their handyman sorted some minor defects rapidly and at reasonable cost,and then they found suitable tenants within a couple of weeks of starting to market it.without them, i might have spent money unnecessarily and to no benefit. the standout though is real friendliness and personal feel to the service-no passing you from pillar to post here,things just get done.

The moving in process was smooth and easy, however there were numerous faults with the property which I've had to contact the Belvoir Maintenance team about (faulty blinds, washing machine not working, fridge freezer door breaking among other things). One of the responses from Belvoir was rather dismissive of my problem, suggesting it was user error rather than a genuine problem and therefore delaying the resolution.

We have been letting with Belvoir since Nov 2017. The initial interaction was very friendly and professional. There was no pressure from the agent from the outset. We let a lovely 2 bedroom apartment and the only reason for leaving was to buy our own property with outdoor space. Had we not wanted to do that we would have been happy to stay. It was a very easy let, the occasional inspection which was not inconvenient at all. We had the odd occasion to have some repairs done but the reporting process was simple and the work done in a timely manner Upon leaving the property basic cleaning standards were expected (as normal) and the inspection was arranged at a convenient time. All in all the experience with the Belvoir team has been very positive and would recommend them

Our local Belvoir closed and we were picked up by Belvoir Northwest. The change has been a welcomed one as their staff and contractors have thus far been informative, efficient, and productive.
