This is the first time we have rented a property and all the staff at Belvoir made the process easy acting in a friendly and professional way. They were so much better than the other agents we visited.

I am reviewing as a former tenant and now as a landlord who uses Belvoir's managed service. As tenants we were always kept up to date and any queries/requests we had were always answered promptly and very efficiently. The staff (particularly Glenn) were always very friendly and courteous. All in all it was a great experience. As a landlord I decided to move to Belvoir from another letting agency partly due to my experience as a tenant but mostly as the services that Belvoir provide are much better and more value for money. I was naturally nervous about moving agents, particularly as I had great tenants in situ, but I was given expert advice throughout the process and needn't have worried as the whole process was very smooth and seamless - all I had to do was sign the forms, Belvoir did the rest! The staff again were fabulous and really helpful. They answered all my questions and alleviated any fears I had. My only regret is not having moved my rental property to Belvoir to manage much earlier! I would have no hesitation in recommending Belvoir as either a landlord or a tenant.

Glenn and the whole team at Belvoir have provided an excellent property management service for several years. They have consistently found good quality tenants and keep us informed of any issues that crop up during tenancies. It’s a friendly team who are responsive to queries that arise and knowledgeable of their market. We have found them to be honest and straight-forward to do business with.

A superb agency whose staff are very very professional. Over the 5 years I have been a tenant with Belvoir they have been superb. Any problems or queries have been dealt with very quickly and efficiently. My apartment has been taken over by another management company and I am very sorry to be leaving the Belvoir team, so much so that I am looking to rent a property through them in the complex where I live.
