Craig was knowledgeable and friendly. He was always happy to show us properties and answer all our questions. Craig listened to all our specifications and showed us apartments that suited us very well, within our budget. He was reassuring and did all he could do make the process straightforward. Prompt email replies made us feel like valued customers. We were delighted with the service and we love our new home. Will recommend Belvoir to friends.

I am reviewing as a former tenant and now as a landlord who uses Belvoir's managed service. As tenants we were always kept up to date and any queries/requests we had were always answered promptly and very efficiently. The staff (particularly Glenn) were always very friendly and courteous. All in all it was a great experience. As a landlord I decided to move to Belvoir from another letting agency partly due to my experience as a tenant but mostly as the services that Belvoir provide are much better and more value for money. I was naturally nervous about moving agents, particularly as I had great tenants in situ, but I was given expert advice throughout the process and needn't have worried as the whole process was very smooth and seamless - all I had to do was sign the forms, Belvoir did the rest! The staff again were fabulous and really helpful. They answered all my questions and alleviated any fears I had. My only regret is not having moved my rental property to Belvoir to manage much earlier! I would have no hesitation in recommending Belvoir as either a landlord or a tenant.
