Belvoir has made our first time renting a property highly enjoyable.The staff are extremely friendly and always happy to help with any issues. During our time with Belvoir, one of our flatmates decided to leave the flat and Belvoir were very quick to help us with finding a flatmate and deal with any problems that arose from it. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Additionally, Nicole, the manager of student lettings, deserves a special mention. She was incredibly welcoming and would always go out of her way to help us. Nicole couldn't have made our experience with Belvoir any better.

The team is very professionnal and helpful. It's the second time now that we requested the help of Belvoir to find a place for us to rent. We rented our first house in Leamington Spa via Belvoir. It was managed by them and everytime we had a problem , they always tried to sort it out quickly (even on a week-end ). We wanted to change of home and we found our second home thanks to them. We also appreciated their transparency about the fees and the tenancy agreement, we are foreigners and everything was explained to us kindly and clearly. Ashton at Belvoir was really great at keeping us up to date on our house-buying journey. However, we were expecting to be called to pick up our keys and we only got an email which meant we did not see it straight away which delayed our move on the day by 2 hours.
