Not long after renting our property we had a problem with the boiler overheating and steam being released into the flat. Gold Star for Belvoir. It is a year since my family had the privilege to require the services of Belvoir, We would like to take this opportunity to say a very big thank you to John, Sue and the team. Our son was to relocate from Loughborough University for his year in industry. An exciting time if only we could secure rented accommodation for him. Living so far away proved to be a nightmare as properties would be released to rent only to be taken before we had the opportunity to visit. John and Sue understood our dilemma completely and to our surprise and delight contacted us out of hours to explain a flat would be coming available. This proved to be our life line and we have never looked back since. The care, understanding and professionalism was / is second to none. We secured the flat the very next day and I delighted to say our son has had a home away from home helping to support a very successful and happy year. This could have been a very different result had it not been for Belvoir. Our sincere gratitude to all at Belvoir.

With fantastic customer service and great properties, Belvoir Lettings really are one of the best Property managers in Leamington Spa. They offer loads of letting options to students (I live in a very spacious 5-bedroom in North Leamington) and the atmosphere at the office is always vibrant and warm. They are always prompt and tend to maintenance issues as quick as possible. When I approached them for a charity donation, (from Sue and Nicole), they were extremely generous and agreed to give me a large amount on behalf of the company. All in all, an enthusiastic company who are ever-ready to help at any time :)
