We bought our Leamington property in late 2016 though Belvoir. Despite a drawn out purchase process, Amy and John were very accommodating of our numerous visits to see the property with our builders/architects. Nothing but great things to say about the guys at Belvoir. Was shown around the apartment by John and Mia on the Thursday and on the Friday morning I was at Belvoir getting the paperwork done. The whole team was friendly and welcoming and the vibe is really good; they honestly make you feel at home. I haven't dealt with a letting agent since uni and didn't have a great opinion on letting agents. Admittedly I still don't have a great opinion of letting agents but I view Belvoir as the sole exception! They are honest, upfront, down to earth and so easy to deal with. An excellent viewing led by Connor led to us renting a property from Belvoir. A truly personal service on all levels. As a landlord I've entrusted my properties to Belvoir for about 15 years now and have had excellent service over that time.
