Belvoir Leamington Spa are a wonderful team of friendly and incredibly helpful individuals. We dealt mainly with Conor and Nicole. Conor went above and beyond to help myself and my husband find a house that suited our needs. We have a dog and a baby on the way, so with some strict criteria I can't imagine we were the easiest to work with, but he helped to find the perfect home for us, in a fabulous location and we could not be happier or feel more settled here. Thanks to Nicole the paper work was dealt with quickly, efficiently and always with a smile and we were able to move in within 2 weeks. This quick turn around has been incredibly easy and stress free thanks to Belvoir. I highly recommend Belvoir's 5 star services!

An excellent viewing led by Connor led to us renting a property from Belvoir. Tracey completed all the paperwork to an exceptionally high standard and the entire experience was thorough and professional with a personal, friendly touch. The way in which each agent knew their properties inside out was truly encouraging and we were certainly treated like part of the Belvoir 'family'. A truly personal service on all levels. As a landlord I've entrusted my properties to Belvoir for about 15 years now and have had excellent service over that time. Nothing is too much trouble and they will help in any way they can to prepare properties for rental, get good tenants and keep us all informed of legal requirements. The current Property Manager Jane Workman is second to none! She's so efficient and immediately on the case of whatever needs doing, maintaining excellent communications as well. Heartily recommend them.

Belvoir Sales & Lettings are an excellent letting agency and above all trustworthy. They house I recently rent is in an absolutely fabulous condition and they made sure everything is working. They guided me throughout the whole process and they provided me with everything I needed. The staff is very very kind and helpful; they reply to all my emails and phone-calls and I could count on their assistance. I fully recommend Belvoir. In the future if need to move house or buy a house I would definitely use Belvoir again! Thank you for help Belvoir!

Belvoir Leamington Spa are absolutely fantastic. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they are always friendly and understanding. We had a minor situation with our cat and Belvoir went above and beyond anything I'd have expected in an attempt to sort it. Our flat is superb and any issues were answered/resolved promptly and efficiently. 10/10 would rent again through Belvoir. Good job guys!

Most professional and friendly I have seen in my life, and I have traveled a lot. I am not from UK and yet they made me visit apartments less than an hour after I arrived in their office, even showing me the area around and providing me full details regarding any questions I had.
