We bought our Leamington property in late 2016 though Belvoir. Despite a drawn out purchase process, Amy and John were very accommodating of our numerous visits to see the property with our builders/architects. Nothing but great things to say about the guys at Belvoir. Was shown around the apartment by John and Mia on the Thursday and on the Friday morning I was at Belvoir getting the paperwork done. The whole team was friendly and welcoming and the vibe is really good; they honestly make you feel at home. I haven't dealt with a letting agent since uni and didn't have a great opinion on letting agents. Admittedly I still don't have a great opinion of letting agents but I view Belvoir as the sole exception! They are honest, upfront, down to earth and so easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend Belvoir. The service was so good and transparent that if I look to buy in the area in the future, my first port of call will be Belvoir.
