Belvoir have been top-notch in every aspect of my two tenancies with them so far: quick to respond, good to deal with and an overall honest company. I have recommended them to friends in the past. They make sure the houses stay in good condition and take care of house repairs in the shortest possible time. I have always had efficient and polite, if not friendly, contractors from them. They have also been open about their keeping up with legislation and as a company, recently introducing a very comprehensive reports system for house repairs of any kind.
