Connor and John moved super fast to let my property after woeful service from another Leamington agent lead to it being unnecessarily empty for weeks. Within two days they had taken professional photographs and produced a video. Within days I had a firm offer from suitable tenants who have now moved in. Conor and Keri visited my property and gave me a market appraisal that I was very happy with. They understood the type of tenant I was looking for and straight away I knew they would be very particular with the applications ensuring good quality tenants. They were able to move in a quick and effective manner so that I was able to get the property on the market as soon as possible. Once the property went live it was overwhelming with the response we got. Overwhelming in a good way! They conducted all of the viewings and kept me up to date at all times. Once I had chosen the tenant from the applications the process was very smooth and the tenancy has already started.
