Great experience and very helpful. I rented as a student 3 years ago and I wanted to get a reference in order to be able to rent a property in London. I got in contact with Sylvia and she was really helpful and responsive and I was able to get my referencing sorted quickly

I've just moved out of a flat managed by Belvoir leamington spa. Simply put, they have been the best estate agents I have ever rented from. They are very friendly, reply to queries fast, sorted out issues in the flat quickly (whilst keeping us in the loop) and returned our deposit really fast. Would defo recommend! Thanks to Tracy, Kerri, and Sue (+ many others I'm sure)

My partner and I wouldn’t use any other estate agents in Leamington Spa. Conor and the team are a cut above the rest. Belvoir manage our properties in a highly professional manner. Responsive and on the money ! Very highly recommended.
