We were tenants for 4 yrs at a property let and managed by Belvoir. They were very helpful during the course of the tenancy and used to always respond to any maintenance issues quite quickly. Even after we gave notice, they were extremely professional during the notice period and we were able to agree on the deposit return quite amicably.
