I've just moved out of a flat managed by Belvoir leamington spa. Simply put, they have been the best estate agents I have ever rented from. They are very friendly, reply to queries fast, sorted out issues in the flat quickly (whilst keeping us in the loop) and returned our deposit really fast. Would defo recommend!
