Leamington Spa is blessed with many very good Estate Agents (I think we must have visited each one). What a breath of fresh air it was when we walked into Belvoir, we were met by a bank of desks with every single person looking up to acknowledge and welcome us - I've never experienced anything like it in my life! You can really feel the vibe of a hard working, happy, passionate team/family of people - an absolute joy to witness! We were helping our son and his wife in their search to find a home to rent, as they were, at the time living in London and were then away out of the country. Time was running out for them. the contract on their London home was coming to an end and they have a baby due very soon. Tracey was so helpful and went above and beyond to help with the search, likewise Conor was amazing. We're often all so keen to send complaints for bad service but we don't take the time out to recognise good service. I’d like to show our appreciation for everything you did to help find a beautiful home in Leamington for them (they are now happily settled and loving life in Leamington).
