As estate agents go, these guys were pretty good. Friendly when arranging viewings, straightforward about contracts and inventory, responsive when I needed something fixing and fair about returning my deposit. I can't give them 5 stars because what kind of psycho gives his estate agent 5 stars, but yeah no complaints here.

Very efficient and quick sorting out problems

We have dealt with this company for five years now and every single time we have a problem ( 4 in the 5 years) we have to chase for feedback but on the plus side the people who do the inspection every 6 months are very professional and courteous. It's hard to know if the commication could be improved as I don't have any other experience of another company to compare.

I own a rental property in Lancaster which is managed by Northwood. Northwood allowed a tennant with a dog to move into my house and did not tell me about the dog. I complained to Northwood about this but they were unrepentant of their actions. There is now quite a smell in the house. I won't be renewing my contract with Northwood.
