An excellent estate agent for rentals. We rented for a year before buying and Northwood were friendly, efficient and very helpful. Having rented a lot in the past, the team at Lancaster Northwood are fantastic and very professional - would highly recommend.

Northwood took over my rent agreement and management of the property i lived at and also helped me find my new home. The people that i dealt with were very professional and understanding and the office staff were always friendly and happy to help. Drew in particular made my transistion from one house to another very easy. Making sure that i had all the right information and he was there to answer any questions i had. Moving from house to house is stressful but i felt in good hands with Northwood. They were always able to meet my needs about management visits and addressed issues with the property as quickly as they could. Leaving my old property and the check out dates were organised and i was kept in the loop at every stage.
