Northwood took over my rent agreement and management of the property i lived at and also helped me find my new home. The people that i dealt with were very professional and understanding and the office staff were always friendly and happy to help. Drew in particular made my transistion from one house to another very easy. Making sure that i had all the right information and he was there to answer any questions i had. Moving from house to house is stressful but i felt in good hands with Northwood. They were always able to meet my needs about management visits and addressed issues with the property as quickly as they could. Leaving my old property and the check out dates were organised and i was kept in the loop at every stage. My deposit was returned promptly and they helped me organise forms etc for moving into my new home. I'd have no hesitation recommending them to friends and family and would use them myself again in future.

Drew and the team at Northwood took over a property rental with a very difficult, pedantic, rude tenant in place. They handled the tenant with utmost skill, while communicating effectively with us.
