We rented a property through Northwood for about 2 and half years. They were fab (particularly Sara)! If we ever needed anything they were always quick to respond in a helpful and friendly manner. We've just bought a our first place so are no longer renting, however we would happily deal with Northwood again. Great team :)

Northwood sold me a great buy to let property and have also got me a great tenant. Would definately recommend them.

We loved living in this house but unfortunately it got too big for us. Most repairs were dealt with, especially urgent ones but some were never fixed. Communication was good with this company. We had this house nearly 11 years. Deposit was returned promptly within 2 days.

As estate agents go, these guys were pretty good. Friendly when arranging viewings, straightforward about contracts and inventory, responsive when I needed something fixing and fair about returning my deposit. I can't give them 5 stars because what kind of psycho gives his estate agent 5 stars, but yeah no complaints here.
