Drew and the team at Northwood took over a property rental with a very difficult, pedantic, rude tenant in place. They handled the tenant with utmost skill, while communicating effectively with us. We rented a property through Northwood for about 2 and half years. They were fab (particularly Sara)! If we ever needed anything they were always quick to respond in a helpful and friendly manner. We've just bought a our first place so are no longer renting, however we would happily deal with Northwood again. Great team :)

Northwood were excellent at getting any repairs resolved

We loved living in this house but unfortunately it got too big for us. Most repairs were dealt with, especially urgent ones but some were never fixed. Communication was good with this company. We had this house nearly 11 years. Deposit was returned promptly within 2 days.
