JDG, particularly Josh and his brilliant team have managed the letting of our flat for more than 6 years now. They are fantastic. Everything is run, organised and managed competently and smoothly and we never have to worry about anything. This is especially important with the times in between tenants and the organisation of changes in utility bills, council tax etc. Not that we ever have much time in between tenants as JDG don’t hang around when it comes to finding new ones. Having been thoroughly let down in every aspect of my time with another agency, I'd become quite disheartened about selling our house. And then I met Michelle. She was a whirlwind of fresh air blowing into my life. I received honesty, open conversation and it was a no brainer to go with JDG. Now here's where things were noticeably different. There was a team of extremely lovely, helpful people who did everything to sell the house. I genuinely think their customer service should be marketed across the country. The team are exceptional. I bought my first house in Lancaster through JDG. I am delighted with my house but particularly with the agents! From start to finish the experience couldn't have gone smoother nor friendlier.
