I have used JDG to both rent out a house and sell one. Staff have always been friendly and approachable with an attitude that nothing is too much trouble. I have had good advice when needed, they have provided experienced and competent plumbers, painters and cleaners to help me when I need to get the house ready for sale and they helped me with setting the right price to help sell my property. They would definitely be my "go to" estate agents and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We have used JDG twice to sell for us. The first sale went really smoothly it has to be said. It was in a sellers market. Louisa was great to work with once we had accepted an offer. Great communication. The second sale was in a trickier market, but we accepted a reduced offer and all went OK until the buyers pulled out with 4 days to go. Stressful is an understatement. But we devised a plan B, and the calm approach of Michelle and John helped us to have faith in the process. We popped a new roof on the house and the second sale went through brilliantly. Louisa, again working really well at keeping all involved, informed and all calm. Acceptance of offer to completion, 23 days! Phew. I am sure we will go down the same route if we sell again.
