I have to say, from the moment my son viewed the house, all the way up to today when the exchange happened, the service we have had from all of the staff in the Lambourn office has been absolutely fantastic! In particular, we want to give a big shout out to Toyah, who had her finger on the pulse from the get-go. Her attention to detail has been phenomenal. In addition, we have so appreciated the weekly telephone updates, even when there was nothing to update us on! It was just so heartening to hear from her so regularly and her attention helped us to feel that we were really important to her as clients. If only other organisations had this degree of interest in their customers! This is my son's first purchase and our first experience of buying property through the English system. We, as his parents, have only bought via the Scottish system in the past. There are many differences in the two systems! However, Toyah and her colleagues were extremely supportive and were happy to answer our questions at every step of the purchase. The Lambourne office team of Jo, Toyah, Kay and Carrie have done a brilliant job of both selling our home but also helping us find our new home too. If estate agents have a bad reputation, then Jones Robinson in Lambourn is a total exception. Buying a house is supposedly one of the most stressful things we go through, right up there with death and divorce. But the team in Lambourn has completely taken away all the stress of buying me a new house. Toyah Leonard has been keeping me in the loop on everything that’s going on, even getting in touch with my solicitor when I couldn’t reach him myself. She even went as far as to get permission to have some new furniture delivered to the house before the completion date. I also need to give a shoutout to Jo and Kay, who know exactly what’s happening if I call or drop by the office and Toyah isn’t around. They’re the real deal!!

I don't normally give reviews and of all the groups of people who thought I might break this habit for, estate agents were not amongst them. However, Jones Robinson - and in particular Jo Schedler and Toyah Leonard have done a superb and complete job of not only securing a buyer for my property but also shepherding through the entire chain and dealing with changes and dramas throughout the extended process until it reached a successful conclusion.
