What can we say about Toyah at Jones robinson? Well there's a reason most houses with their sale boards are marked as sold. Toyah was there from our first viewing and sold it to us there and then. 6 months later after a rocky sale on our end, Toyah remained the one positive part of the whole process. She put us first at every stage, keeping us informed and basically made sure we secured the house we so desperately wanted. A month into our new home we can't thank her enough and continue to believe she secured this for us.

Our sale and purchase wasn’t the easiest journey with our sale falling through twice, but Toyah looked after our purchase and I couldn’t fault her. She chased agents and solicitors for updates weekly as well as updating us on any progress also weekly without fail. She went above and beyond to find a resolution to every problem we encountered. We didn't have the smoothest sale experience with issues along the chain, but the team at JR were there to help all the way through. The fee rate was a little higher than others, but it was worth it. Toyah was in touch at least once a week with updates and was always there to support us and answer questions, and Jo was always available to negotiate truces, and to ease the process along.

The Lambourn video tours are absolutely wonderful, they are a real pleasure to watch. The narration adds more than just the pictures and music. It is not only informative but delivered in a lovely, soft, kind tone that makes you feel you're being personally guided through. They make you feel calm & engaged and have heart, warmth and depth.
