Hilbery Chaplin Residential - Laindon

I’m really glad I chose Simpson and Marwick in North Berwick to market and sell my flat. They are a very professional, experienced and helpful team that made the whole process extremely quick and easy for me. They have a marketing package that explains who they are, outlines the selling process and lists all costs involved. They offer an amazing on-line report that keeps you up to speed on number of views, viewings, brochure requests, offers etc. They were always available to answer questions and offer advice and they achieved a very good sale for me. I would definitely use them again.
