Hilbery Chaplin Residential - Laindon

From the initial pitch through to the consistent sales focussed efforts, what a first class residential property team you are. Always communicative, straight-forward, professional and a pleasure to work with. You all made what can be a stressful experience very pleasant and indeed our buyer was very complimentary of the handling of the sale of our house. The legal team got the transaction over the line in a timely fashion even with the sheer volume of transactions since the market reopened. Thanks to you all for your efforts and, of course, the sale price outcome which exceeded our expectations. We are delighted with the service we have received.
