Hilbery Chaplin Residential - Laindon

We appointed Simpson & Marwick after our initial meeting as they stood out from other agents we had spoken too. We were delighted with the efficient, personal and supportive service we received from start to finish. It was clear that the team were all communicating with each other and were on top of our sale at all times. We were given sound measured advice that resulted in an expertly managed closing date which achieved a successful sale well in excess of the Home Report value. They also continued to show interest and support in getting us to an early conclusion of missives. We would definitely use Simpson & Marwick again and would recommend them highly to others.
