To be clear I am writing this review as a business owner dealing with this company to progress legal matters. This company fails on every level. Today I rang to chase a reply to an email sent to Analise 10 days ago to progress a legal matter. I'm an existing client. The receptionist advised that Analise was off, to which I asked if she'd been off for 10 days.. to be advised 'no'. To which I asked to be put through to her team as perhaps she,d passed the work on. To be told that they are all working at home and uncontactable. Incredulous I was then told that calls can't be tfr. The quality of the output of this team is dire and previous complaints have not been dealt with .. they simply ignored the complaint in breach of rules. . Clients go elsewhere! This company is the dregs
