Hilbery Chaplin Residential - Laindon

I paid legalbricks for an EPC to be carried out at my home, the engineer didn’t turn up initially and I waited the entire day for them to arrive with no update. Then when they did finally come weeks later they completed the EPC incorrectly with wrong information about the energy supply meaning I now have a lower score than I should. I’ve been trying to get in contact with them for weeks by phone and email and have been fobbed off for almost a month. I really don’t want to have to pay another £100 for another company to do the job properly. I’ve had no apology or call/email back to rectify the issue. I have proof that they haven’t completed the job correctly and I’m extremely disappointed I wasted my time and money on this company and has impacted my ability to sell my property.
