When I first contacted Hilbery Chaplin Laindon I was heartbroken and instantly broke down crying, I was met with the most genuine compassion and care from Karen. This care was carried through by Jane, Marcus and Lewis, who again, went above and beyond to support me. They made one of the most difficult times of my life so much easier, and made me smile through my tears. The gratitude I have for these wonderful people will last a lifetime.
