Hilbery Chaplin Residential - Laindon

We recently used Hilbery Chaplin, Laindon to sell our home. From our very first meeting I couldn’t fault the service we received. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They did all of our viewings for us and took care of everything we needed. Once we had sold our house, we ended up buying a property that was also being sold by them. Any question or query was quickly answered and the whole process was made so easy by the whole team. Karen is amazing, she was the first person we met and was one of the main reasons we chose to use them as estate agents. Lewis did a brilliant job with the photos of our home. We ended up mainly dealing with Marcus, who was outstanding, so helpful. He showed us houses and helped to make our buying process so simple. He is a true gem! I cannot fault the service we received from all of the team and cannot recommend them highly enough.
