Hilbery Chaplin Residential - Laindon

We recently sold and brought through hilbery chaplin and I cannot fault anything that the team did. After feeling slightly disappointed that our property hadn't had any offers after a fair few viewings, Valerie went out of her way to come by and offer advice and guidance. 4 days after this we recieved our offer!. Paul catered to our every need and was nothing but transparent with every part of the process, he knew exactly what we wanted and was very patient with our very specific list of needs for our new home and after looking at several properties he found our dream home. Karen was consistently keeping me informed of how the exchange of contracts was going and in the 6 days it took due to the top of the chain she absolutely worked solid to get exchanged before Christmas. I can honestly say that if you want an honest, hardworking no nonsense or hardsell estate agent then hilbery chaplin laindon are exactly who your looking for. Thankyou again.
