I just completed my sale of my flat in Laindon. I had several estate agents visit myself to give me quotes, from those I got exactly the same price quoted, I chose Hilbery even though they were not the cheapest, I chose them because I liked Paul, and I thought he would work the best for me. It turned out I was absolutely correct in my choices, I sold my place on the second viewing, at the price I wanted, many thanks Paul and all the team at the office. John Gauld
