I have been living with my family in a rented property at Kingston for 2 years and 10 months, whose letting was organized by Belvoir Kingston Upon Thames. In the almost 3 years of experience of mine with Belvoir, I have found their initial renting procedures truthful and trustworthy. I found the agents at Belvoir sincere, looking after the welfare of not only the landlord, but also the tenant. Their renting procedures and paperwork were simple and straightforward. We found their agents welcoming and their services readily available. Their responsiveness in matters requiring repairs of the fixtures were very time efficient and those requiring emergency input were dealt in an expedient manner. Mr Nooman Khan’s name (agent at Belvoir) is worth mentioning as he has looked after us for 3 years and now that we are moving out to a different city, we have found the new team members Mr Neil Smither and Mr Danial Mortimer to be extremely welcoming, pleasant and cooperative in providing guidance in the property-leaving/vacation processes and paperwork.
