While we didn't end up letting from this agency, they were attentive and through, and we had a very good viewing experiance.

I was in search of a property to rent together with my friend. We found one in particular that we liked through Dexter’s agency, after much discussion with my friend we decided to go for the property. Upon nearly signing our contract Dexter’s had contacted us saying that there’s a brand new property available just in the heart of Kingston, which we had a look on and immediately changed our mind, ending up in signin a contract. You can definitely tell that Dexter’s agency is looking after their clients, making sure that they exactly find what they are looking for. Throughout the paperwork process Dexter’s was really nice and helpful, giving all necessary help and answering any questions, upon visiting their office in Kingston you are greeted immediately. The office and the agents also answer your phone calls writhin quick reasonable time and are always there to assist you. So far the best agency I have used, can only say good things about it. A big shoutout to Amelia who works in the Kingston branch, thanks for finding this property for us, as well as for helping me and my friend out with all the paperwork and the tenancy process in general.

Our agent Tom was extremely professional in his manner and knew the house back-to-front so he could answer every question we had about the property. As students it was our first time going through a rental agreement and Tom really helped us understand what we were going to be signing. He felt like someone we could trust which is exactly what we were looking for for our first time. Great house and great support from the go, would highly recommend.
